Question: Why can't I see all of your inventory?  There's something I want that I saw on instagram and it isn't here!

Answer: We are slowly adding all of our inventory as we build up our stock.  We have so much inventory, that we decided to start with best sellers and some new seasonal items for fall.  We are happy to do a custom order. Please send us a message! Thank you for following us and please check back!

Question: I need a gift for a new baby!  What looks best on newborns?

Answer: We love the look of knotted pleathers, knotted lace, suede bows, mini fabric bows, and mini tulle bows on those sweet little babies!  We also have a page set up with baby shower gift ideas here.

Question: Are the clips made to go on the right or left side of the head?

Answer: If a bow is one-directional, the clip can be taken out and switched to whichever side you prefer!

Question: What is your return policy?

Answer: We are committed to you loving your purchase! While we do not accept returns, we are happy to exchange. Please email us with any concerns and we can either issue a store credit or exchange items upon receiving the original order back.
